Assisted Living in Pensacola

Very beautiful and clean facility and sheila was wonderful through out our tour.

I have been extremely pleased and impressed with Shelton Manor. My mother has been a resident for over 4 years and there is no other facility in town that I would use to care for my Mom. Their entire staff is friendly and compassionate and they have gone above and beyond caring for my Mom on many occasions. Shelton Manor is such a clean and beautiful facility that you must go visit in person to appreciate how much they excel over the other assisted living communities in the area. Additionally, Shelton Manor is locally owned operated! Miranda and her husband are wonderful and you can clearly see what a difference it makes to have local owners who care. Their Executive Director Shelia is always available to help when needed and has been there the entire time my Mom has been at this facility. I can’t say enough about the difference she makes. I highly recommend Shelton Manor and truly believe it is the best assisted living community in the Pensacola area.

I recently toured this facility in July. I was very impressed with the staff, its cleanliness and how it is furnished. While I was touring I observed the staff interact with the residents in the common area. What I specifically noticed was the behaviors from both. It was as if they were family. Several residents told me they loved the staff and their home. They didnt call it a facility. Its there home and the staff treats it as such. First time ever touring I heard it referred to as a home not a facility. Its well worth touring this gem if you have loved ones who need a home.

They were great! My MIL liked living here a lot, and the staff was very empathetic.

My Mom has been at Shelton Manor for about 3 years, I was so fortunate to find such a great home for my Mom. The staff is so kind and helpful. They are always taking care of everyone with such care no matter what situation comes up. They have so many activities for the residents so they are never board, It is just a happy place!!! Shelton Manor is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen, the staff is on top of keeping everything spotless. It is also reasonable priced. The best thing is I don’t have to worry about my Mom because I know she is well taking care of.

Our mother has been at SHELTON MANOR for the past year. There are not enough words to express how happy we were to find out about SHELTON MANOR. Mother had been at another place prior and the difference is like night and day. We are thankful for the attention to detail and everything everyone does there which includes open communication. The staff are so kind and it is so wonderful to walk in and see mom sitting in their beautiful dining room and enjoying her meals. The activities are amazing. I think the major thing is what you see is really what you get, smiling faces and when they say they are going to do something, they do it! just knowing that mom is taken care of is a tremendous relief for my siblings. I also have to add that the other residents are just a joy. They know mom by name and are always trying to get her to interact more.

This is the first and only facility we toured. The staff is incredible they make the residents feel like family. We couldnt be happier with our choice.
